The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) model NES-001 is the original “front-loader” console released by Nintendo in 1985. It is a gray console, compatible with NTSC-U/C (North American) games, and features composite RCA and RF connectivity. It includes a cartridge-based system with 2 KB of RAM and 2 KB of video RAM, with larger storage in the game cartridges themselves.
