Description

The Robot Coupe BLIXER 60 Blender/Mixer is a commercial-grade, floor-standing food processor and blender/mixer combination unit with a large 60-liter capacity, ideal for processing large volumes of food in institutional kitchens and healthcare facilities.

Key Features and Specifications

The BLIXER 60 is designed for intensive use, combining the functions of a cutter and a blender/mixer to create texture-modified meals and a wide range of liquid or pasty preparations from both raw and cooked ingredients.

Capacity: 60-liter (approx. 63-66.5 quarts) stainless steel bowl with handles.
Production: Capable of preparing 30 to 225 portions (200g each), processing between 6 to 45 kg (up to 99 lbs) of food per batch.
Motor: Powerful 11000 W (16 HP) three-phase induction motor designed for intensive commercial use.
Speeds: Two speeds at approximately 1500 and 3000 RPM (or 1800 and 3600 RPM depending on voltage/cycle).
Blades: Comes standard with a detachable, height-adjustable, all-stainless steel fine serrated blade assembly.
Control Panel: IP65-rated waterproof control panel with flush buttons and a digital 0-15 minute timer with pulse control.
Design: Features durable, 100% stainless steel construction, a transparent polycarbonate lid with a built-in bowl scraper and lid wiper, a tilting bowl for easy emptying, and three retractable wheels for mobility.
Safety: Equipped with safety indicator lights, a magnetic safety switch, and a motor brake for operator safety.
